Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information FlowersUSSR collects when you visit flowersussr.com or place an order with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. FlowersUSSR is a U.S. company registered in Delaware and has arranged international flower and gift delivery since 2000.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order, we ask for:

  • your name, email address, phone number, country and city;
  • the recipient’s name, phone number and delivery address, and the delivery date and time you choose;
  • the occasion, the message for the greeting card and any instructions you add to the order.

If you create an account, we keep your sign-in details and your order history. Your password is stored encrypted, and we cannot see it.

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or the chat on our website, we keep your messages and the contact details you use, so that we can answer you and help with your order.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or leave a review or a comment, we keep your name, your email address and what you write. Reviews and comments may be published on our website under the name you give.

Automatically: like most websites, our server and our security provider record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use it only to keep the website secure and working. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

2. Payment information

We do not store your card details. Payments by card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by PayPal, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. When you pay by Zelle or with cryptocurrency, we see the details of the transfer that reaches us (for example, the sender’s name and the amount, or the transaction on the public blockchain) and use them only to match the payment to your order.

3. How we use your information

  • to process your order and arrange the delivery with a local florist;
  • to send you order confirmations and payment and delivery updates by email;
  • to contact you or the recipient when something about the delivery needs to be clarified;
  • to answer your questions and help you with your order;
  • to prevent fraud and keep our website and payments secure;
  • to send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed to it (every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe);
  • to keep the records that tax and accounting laws require.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only as far as it is needed to complete your order and run our service:

  • Florists and delivery partners in the recipient’s city receive the recipient’s name, address and phone number, the delivery date, the card message and the order details, so that they can prepare and deliver your order.
  • Payment providers, such as PayPal, process your payment.
  • Service providers that help us run the website, such as our hosting provider, Cloudflare (website security and speed), Brevo (sending our emails), Google reCAPTCHA (protecting our forms from spam) and the services that power the chat on our website.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our customers or our company from fraud.

These companies may process information in the United States and in other countries. The florist who delivers your order works in the recipient’s country.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage that the website needs to work: to keep your shopping cart, to remember your language, currency and delivery destination, to keep you signed in and to protect the website from abuse. The chat window, PayPal at checkout and reCAPTCHA on our forms may set their own cookies when you use them. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide our service and for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your account and your personal information at any time; we will keep only what the law requires us to keep.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), local law may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, write to us at [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.

8. Security

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the people who need your order information to fulfill your order can see it. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

9. Children

Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

11. Contact us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal information, write to us by email at [email protected], on WhatsApp or on Telegram. We are here every day, 8 AM to 8 PM EST (New York time).
