If some flowers aren’t available, the florist uses similar ones in the same style, colors and value. If the main flowers of the bouquet aren’t available, we’ll contact you first.

- Fresh flowers. Not fresh, or not well made? Send us a photo within 2 business days of delivery, and we’ll deliver a new bouquet at our expense or refund you.
- Your date. Delivered on the date you choose. If we’re ever late through our fault, we deliver as soon as possible, with a box of chocolates as our apology.
- Money back. Plans changed? Cancel before the florist starts on your bouquet, and we refund you in full (crypto: minus the network fee).

- Delivered by hand A local florist makes the bouquet and hands it over on the date you chose.
