Delivering Gifts is Also Our Specialty

When it comes to gift-giving, flowers are the most common gift that our customers in the USA choose to send to their family members and friends in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries of former Soviet Union. However, it is definitely not the only gift opportunity that our company can offer.

Besides fruit baskets and chocolate baskets that we offer on our website and also a box of chocolate or a soft toy as an addition to the flowers, we can fulfill special requests for gift-delivery to Russia, Ukraine and other Russian speaking countries.

Although we do not publicize it on our website, our regular customers know that we are ready to go long distance to satisfy their sometimes intricate requests.

For example, just recently our regular customer emailed us asking if it would be possible to send an assortment of teas along with the flowers to his girlfriend who is sick with a cold in a Siberian city of Russia. We contacted our local florist and they agreed to go to a special tea store and pick up a few nice loose teas. Beautifully arranged in a basket, an assortment of teas and a bouquet of flowers were delivered the same day to our customer’s girlfriend in Russia.

 

We often get requests to send a bottle of wine or champagne together with flowers to Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia. Many local florists carry some wine in their shop so most of the time wine is easy to send to Russia, Ukraine and other countries of former USSR. However, if you want a particular type of wine, we recommend to inquire in advance so that we can arrange the purchase with the local florist. We once had a request for a very expensive wine called Cristal. Luckily the order was going to Moscow where it is only a matter of distance and time to get this expensive brand.

Another unusual request was for a huge teddy bear for our customer’s girlfriend in Ukraine.  The customer wanted to send the biggest teddy bear available in Ukraine and our local florist found the one of 3.5 feet. It might surprise you, but young woman in Russia do like soft toys even at that age when you would think girls should be over them already. We even had a request for delivery of a diamond ring to a woman in Novosibirsk. That one is quite difficult to fulfill, as little did we know about the customer’s taste. Luckily the brave man knew the size of the ring and after a few emails back and forth we were able to figure out  what approximately he wanted.  Our wonderful florist in Novosibirsk was able to find the diamond ring the customer liked and a bouquet of flowers along with a diamond ring were delivered to the recipient in Novosibirsk.

 

All those special additions to flowers delivery to Russia and Ukraine were possible thanks to our wonderful flexible and accommodating local florists who are open to unusual requests and willing to go extra mile to fulfill it. They go to the stores, they spend time searching for the requested item and deliver it with grace and joy.
