1) Where We Deliver

  • Former USSR

    FlowersUSSR specializes in flowers and gifts delivery to the countries of the former Soviet Union (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan). We work directly with trusted partnering local florists in each city who gather a flower arrangement or a gift basket you choose and deliver it to your loved one.

  • USA and Canada

    We have an extensive network of partnering florists throughout the USA and Canada that makes it possible for our customers to arrange flowers delivery to almost any city, town or suburb in the USA and Canada.

  • Other countries

    We are currently expanding our network with florists in many European, Middle Eastern, Asian countries. We partner with local florists in major cities of Spain, England, Germany, Czech Republic, France, Greece, UAE, Israel, Australia, Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore. Please inquire about the possibility to deliver to a desired city; most likely we can help you to bring a smile to your dear ones far away from you.

2) Delivery Fee

Delivery fee is already included in the price indicated in our catalog. No extra fees: neither delivery fee nor tax charges will be added to your final amount at the time of check out. We make it easy for you: the price you see is the price you pay at the check out.

However, in situations when delivery place is a rural area located remotely from any city or town with a flowers shop (such as villages in Ukraine, Russia or Belarus), we reserve the right to ask for additional fee to cover transportation expenses. This request will be communicated to the customer after the order is placed after we find out from a local florist in the closest city the amount needed for the delivery to the requested remote area.

3) Delivery Time

You can specify the desired delivery time at the time of placing your order; however, our partnering local florists always call the recipient to arrange the time of delivery convenient for the recipient.

  • Russia

    Most flower shops in Russia are open extended hours and can deliver flowers and gifts until midnight.

  • Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and other countries of CIS:

    Delivery time in the countries of CIS other than Russia, can vary with the majority of florists making deliveries until 6 p.m. local time. Florists always call the recipient to schedule the delivery time convenient for the recipient.

  • USA and Canada:

    Most of our partnering florists in the USA and Canada are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. We cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery in most cities and suburbs of the USA and Canada. Most florists make morning and afternoon deliveries and do not deliver at specific times. You can specify when making your order, whether it is ok to leave the flowers by the front door in case the recipient is not home at the time of delivery attempt. If you desire your order to be delivered in the morning, please send the order before 3 p.m. local time a day before the delivery date. We will not be able to guarantee morning delivery for the orders made after 3 p.m. local time.

4) Weekend Delivery

Our company and partnering florists in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and other countries of the former USSR are open and deliver flowers and gifts 7 days a week.

Flowers delivery in most areas of the USA and Canada are performed from Monday to Saturday with only a few exceptions in major US and Canadian cities where Sunday delivery is also possible.

5) Same Day Delivery

FlowersUSSR does not guarantee the same day delivery during busy holiday seasons.

In situations when the requested type or color of the flowers is out of stock and the order is for the same day, we will attempt to contact you for substitution approval. However, if time is pressing and/or we cannot reach you, FlowersUSSR makes a decision to substitute with the best available alternative. No claims will be honored in such situations.

  • Russia and CIS

    Same day delivery is guaranteed to major cities if the order was placed before 2 p.m. local time. If the order is placed after 2 p.m., same day delivery can be possible but is not guaranteed. It will depend on the local florist’s and flowers availability at the time when the order is placed. 

  • USA and Canada

    Same day delivery is guaranteed to major US and Canadian cities if the order is placed before noon local time. When placed before noon, the order will be delivered in the afternoon local time. To guarantee morning delivery, the order must be placed before 3 p.m. local time a day before the delivery date.

6) Holiday Delivery

Due to a high volume of orders for the major holidays, we recommend that your order be placed at least 3 days before a major holiday. We do not guarantee timely delivery if your order is placed any day after the recommended day.

  • List of major holidays in Russia and CIS:

    • St. Valentine’s Day – February 14

    • Day of Knowledge – September 1
  • List of major holidays in the USA

    • Christmas Day – December 25
    • St. Valentine’s Day – February 14
    • Mother’s Day – second Sunday of May
    • Thanksgiving – fourth Thursday of November

7) Surprise Delivery

If not stated otherwise, we always call the recipients to arrange the delivery time with them. If you would like to surprise your loved one and have the delivery made without a call prior to delivery, please specify it in the “Comment” section during checkout or email us with the order number to notify about surprise delivery. Please note that in a case of a surprise delivery, you take a risk. If the address turns out to be wrong or the recipient is not at home, we can make another attempt to deliver at additional cost of re-delivery. If the second attempt fails and there is nobody to leave the order with (recipient himself or a neighbor), the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be given.

8) Photo of Delivery

Picture of the order before it goes out to delivery is usually taken by our local partnering florist who fulfills the order. This picture can be sent to the customer per his request at the time of placing the order.

Per special request, an additional picture can be taken at the time of delivery with the recipient in the picture if the recipient agrees to have his/her picture taken. We reserve the right to post such pictures on our website unless otherwise advised by the sender or recipient.

There is no extra charge for any picture of delivery. However, we do not guarantee the picture, as sometimes for the reasons outside of our control, it might be not available.

9) Incomplete/Incorrect Delivery Information

If the delivery information provided by the customer when placing the order turns out to be incorrect or incomplete (for example, incomplete phone number), we will attempt to contact the customer to receive the correct information. In such cases FlowersUSSR does not guarantee on time delivery, as it might take additional time to gain correct information from the customer. Once we receive the correct delivery information, we’ll continue our attempts to reach the recipient to arrange the delivery.

In case of a surprise delivery (no phone call prior to delivery) it is imperative that the recipient’s address is complete and correct. If the florist goes out to delivery and finds out that the address was incorrect, non-existent, or the recipient does not live there, the flowers will be returned to the flower shop and the customer will be informed about inability to make a delivery. Any subsequent attempts to re-deliver might require additional fee to cover the courier’s expenses. At all subsequent attempts to deliver the flowers, FlowersUSSR cannot guarantee the freshness of the arrangement and flowers and will not accept claims regarding the quality of flowers.

If the customer does not have correct information after the first unsuccessful attempt to make a re-delivery, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

10) Recipient Not Available

  • In USA and Canada:

    If the recipient is not available to accept the order (not home or in the office), the florist will return the flowers to the shop and leave a notice on the door with the phone number to call. The florist will attempt to contact the recipient, and redeliver at another time. The florist may request additional fee for redelivery.If the recipient is out of town, the florist will reschedule the delivery for the day when the recipient returns to the specified delivery location.

  • In All Other Countries:

    Our partnering florists always call the recipient prior to delivery attempt to arrange the convenient time and ensure that the recipient is at the provided address. However, in case when the recipient does not answer the phone, the phone is out of service or in case of any other cases preventing the florist from speaking directly to the recipient, the order will be held until the florist can reach the recipient. Multiple attempts to call are made throughout the day and we contact the sender to inform about the situation. Inability to reach the recipient can lead to late delivery or missed delivery date for which FlowersUSSR does not bear any responsibility. The order will be delivered as soon as the florist reaches the sender and arranges the delivery time.You can choose to have the flowers or gifts delivered without the prior call or have special instructions to leave the flowers with neighbors. Please notify us about your preferences in the Comment section when placing the order or email us with special instructions for delivery.

11) Cancellations and Refunds

Your order can be cancelled at any point before the delivery has been attempted for a full refund.

A partial refund may apply in situations where deliveries have been attempted but not successful. In this case, there is a possibility that during the refund process the delivery fee may be retained. However, that is not in all cases and will depend on the country and city of delivery

  • Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Orders Refunds

    Please note that any Bitcoin or cryptocurrency refund — even if it’s a full refund — will always be refunded minus the network/transaction fee for the respective cryptocurrency. By placing an order on our website with any cryptocurrency, you agree to these terms.

  • If You’re Not Satisfied With Your Order

    If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order and if your dissatisfaction resulted from our mistake, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

  • SCAMMERS BEWARE!

    If you are caught (or suspected) of being part of a celebrity scam scheme, online dating scam, or any other scam; and if you paid for your order with any form of cryptocurrency, your order will be cancelled; and if you are unable to prove your identity, you WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We strive to protect recipients that may fall victims to scams and fraud. Furthermore, if needed, documentation will be prepared and sent to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
