1.1. All products are subject to availability.
1.2. Products only contain the items listed in the description. Vases are not included in the price, unless explicitly stated in the product description. A small greeting card is complementary for any order; however, if you prefer a full size greeting card, please choose it in the additional gifts section found after adding a desired product to the shopping cart.
1.3. In the event that we are unable to supply all or a part of your order (the product or any substitute product) we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full for that specific products.
1.4. The images we use in our catalog serve as guidelines to our partnering florists. The images of flower bouquets represent the average bouquet size. Unless specified in the description, the florist will use his own judgement as to how many flowers to use to make a flower arrangement as close to the one in the picture as possible.
1.5. We make the maximum effort to ensure that the flowers arrangements our partnering florists deliver are as close as possible to the picture of the arrangement you ordered. However, due to the regional peculiarities of the flowers or shades of colors available as well as the personal touch of the florist who arranges flowers, we cannot guarantee that the delivered arrangement will look identical to the one depicted in our catalog.
1.6. Our florist may make changes to the color of the flowers, for instance, a pink bouquet may be presented in a paler or a deeper shade. However, the florist will make all possible efforts to maintain the overall color scheme of the bouquet displayed on the website.
1.7. In the event where a more significant color substitution will be required, we will make an attempt to contact you to confirm the color substitution. However, if we’re unable to reach you, we will proceed with the color substitution in order to prevent delays in the delivery of the order.
1.8. There may be minor variations in the bouquet’s composition and shape as well. Variations of wrapping style or vase are based on regional availability and local customs.
1.9. Although slight variations sometimes occur, the concept of the arrangement remains the same.
1.10. We use the images to illustrate our complementary products (boxes of chocolate, wine, fruit, soft toys) but we do not guarantee any particular brand or the exact appearance of the product as shown in the image. These products are sent from our florists and the brand depends on the season and regional availability.
1.11. Alcoholic gifts are delivered to selected countries by our local partnering florists in compliance with the local alcoholic beverage laws in the respected countries of delivery. If a delivery of alcoholic beverages is not available for your country of choosing, this is due to the fact that their local laws do not allow delivery of alcoholic beverages by florists or require a special alcoholic beverages license that florists do not usually have.
2. Substitution Policy:
2.1. Due to seasonal nature of some flowers as well as the availability of certain flower varieties and colors at a local flower shop at a given day, it might be impossible to reproduce the exact bouquet pictured in our catalog or requested by a customer. In this case, the substitution will be made to similar flowers or color tones with all attempts to preserve the style, overall color schemes and size of the arrangement and ensuring an equal value of the arrangement.
2.2. In the case where the main flower type in the bouquet has to be replaced, we will attempt to notify you. If we are unable to reach you, we will proceed with the substitution to prevent delays of the order delivery. However, roses, will never be substituted with other flowers without requesting your confirmation first. Also, if the arrangement that is ordered consists of only one type of flower, we will also will not substitute with other flowers and will not make a delivery until we’re able to reach you. For example, a bouquet of only roses, only gerberas, only alstromerias, etc. falls into this criteria.
2.3. Our florist may make changes to the color of the flowers but will maintain the overall shades of the bouquet displayed on the website. We cannot guarantee that the color shade will perfectly match the one shown in the picture; for instance, a pink bouquet may be presented in a paler or a deeper shade.
2.4. In the event where a more significant color substitution will be required, we will make an attempt to contact you to confirm the color substation. However, if we’re unable to reach you, we will proceed with the color substitution in order to prevent delays in the delivery of the order.
2.5. Complementary items such as toys, chocolate, champagne, fruits, etc. may vary depending on the local availability.
2.6. If our florist does not have a certain complementary product, the delivery will be made without the said item and we will refund the sum of the product in question.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3.1. 100% refund is issued if cancellation is requested by the customer prior to arranging and/or delivering the flowers and gifts by our partnering local florist.
3.2. No refund is possible if cancellation is requested after the flowers and gifts have been arranged and/or delivered to the recipient.
4. Refund and Replacement Policy:
4.1. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date.
4.2. In the event of quality-related issues, we kindly request you send a digital picture of the delivered product to [email protected], indicating the order number in the email and explaining the issue with the quality of the order.
5.1. Our prices include taxes and delivery fees.
5.2. However, in situations when delivery place is a rural area located remotely from any city or town with a flower shop (such as villages in Ukraine, Russia or Belarus), we reserve the right to ask for additional fee to cover transportation expenses. This request will be communicated to the customer after the order is placed after we find out from a local florist in the closest city the amount needed for the delivery to the requested remote area.
6.1. You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details if the payment of your choosing requires this information for payment validity and for customer fraud prevention. The required information will include an accurate postal code (zip code), together with those of the intended recipient and all the necessary payment details.
6.2. We accept payments by all forms of major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Yandex Money, Sberbank, Western Union, Bitcoin, and Litecoin.
6.3. By clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on our website.
6.4. Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. In certain cases, you may receive an additional email from our customer support team asking you to contact us or for some other verification. This is done when additional verification is required even if your order has been processed through our website. Therefore, we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you to fulfill your order if you have not responded to our additional emails.
6.5. After your order is placed, various checks are taking place that further validate the credit card information as well as your billing information. In certain circumstances the credit card holder will be required to submit verification documentation that substantiate his/her identity as a valid owner of the credit card used to place the order. In other cases, our fraud prevention team may be required to contact you by phone and to speak to you personally. FlowersUSSR does this for the credit card owner’s protection in order to avoid potential fraudulent orders. Failure to comply with our above-mentioned additional requests will lead to the delay of order delivery of which FlowersUSSR will not compensate or be responsible for.
6.6. Please note that any confirmed order is subject to further verification by our fraud prevention department. Even if an order has been accepted and if even if you receive an email confirmation that the payment has been received and order is scheduled for delivery, you may still be asked to provide additional information if required by our fraud team.
6.7. We reserve the right to decline or accept orders based on our absolute discretion.
7. Delivery Policy
7.1. If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply. Instances including, but not limited to the following may result in an unsuccessful delivery: recipient is not available or is not located at the delivery address provided; incorrect recipient information was provided; recipient address is not apparent and/or additional information is required to locate the physical address; address and availability were confirmed with the recipient but the recipient was not present at the location during the time of delivery. In the event of an order re-delivery, FlowersUSSR will always attempt to contact you to advise that a re-delivery will occur.
